Upload file

This type of question allows the respondent to upload a file (image or document) directly into the survey.

USAGE EXAMPLES

  • Uploading pictures or documents into a survey.
  • Make a picture with a mobile phone and upload it to the survey.

To add this question to your survey :

  1. Select a question from the left menu, and then drag and drop it on your survey project.
    Upload file
  2. Enter question.
  3. Enter an additional description (optional).
  4. Press SAVE button.

Supported file formats :

File format
ImageGIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP
VideoMP4, MOV
AudioMP3
OtherPDF

The maximum allowed file size is 16 MB.

[R] RESULTS

Both survey results and files are available to download from the reports. ZIP file will contain both survey results and uploaded (by the respondents) files. Files names will contain a response key that allows data matching.

To download report :

  1. Go to Analyze results.
  2. Press [D] Download report button.

NOTE. This question is not supported by email-embedded surveys.
