Question coding

SurveyLab provides open-ended questions analysis and coding. This feature allows you to create custom tags (custom descriptions) and use them to tag (code) open-ended questions. The system will automatically provide you with additional statistics for your tags in the survey reports.

To add question tags :

1. Go to survey report List of responses.
2. Press + ADD TAG button to provide a tag description.
   

NOTE. Question coding works only for open-ended questions.

Functionality is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.
