What are partial survey responses?

Have you ever encountered a situation when the respondent started a survey and then abandoned it before completion?

Partial responses allow you to access unfinished surveys. Each time the respondent presses “Next page” button the survey is saved in our database.

To use this feature :

1. Press  REPORT button.
   
2. Press  Export data button.
   
3. Select data export type.

NOTE. Partial survey responses are available only as raw export data, in .csv, and .xlsx formats.

You can download partial responses using survey export feature or SFTP mechanism.

Functionality is available in the Enterprise plan.
