Survey link is not working

I have sent a survey invitation, but the link doesn’t work.

If you have encountered this type of problem then :

1. Make sure that the collector is active.
   To activate the link press COLLECT RESPONSES | ENABLE
2. Make sure you have copied the link from the collector (not from the URL browser bar).
3. Make sure that the link is complete.
4. Make sure you have proper Response Key settings. The most common setting is Automatic. If you have other settings selected you need to add crk parameter to the survey link.
