Can I share the survey results with other people?

SurveyLab supports both teamwork (multi-user accounts) and survey results sharing for non-registered users (no need to log into the system).

TEAMWORK

Thanks to this functionality You will be able to share survey reports and other survey elements (questionnaire, contact list, collectors).

To add a new user :

1. Go to the account  Settings tab.
2. Press Users button in the left menu.
3. Press + ADD USER button.
   
4. Enter user data and select the role for the new user.

To share survey :

1. Go to  DESIGN.
2. Press  Share survey button.
3. Select a user to whom you would like to give access to the survey.

NOTE. You can give access only to the survey that you created.

Functionality is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.

REPORTS SHARING

Thanks to this functionality you will be able to share a survey report with people that don’t have an account in a system. All you need is to copy and send the survey report link (URL).

In order to share survey report :

1. Select survey for which you want to share report and press  REPORT.
   
2. You can change your report, to do it go to the List of reports.
3. Press  Share button.
   
4. Set the link active.
5. Copy survey report link (URL) and send it to your coworker or client.
6. Press SAVE button.

NOTE. You can share report link with any person. Your account user or person outside of your organization.

 Functionality is available in the Starter, Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise accounts.

EXPORT RESULTS

Thanks to this functionality you will be able to export survey results and share them with people who don’t have an account in a system.

In order to export survey report :

1. Select survey for which you want to share report and press  REPORT button.
   
2. Press  Export button.

 Functionality is available in the Starter, Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise accounts.
