Reports sharing

Are you the survey author or account administrator? You can share a survey with another user of your organization’s account in SurveyLab.

Surveys

To share a survey:

1. Press  DESIGN button.
2. Press  Share button.
3. Select the user you want to share the survey with.

You can share a report with someone who doesn’t have a SurveyLab account. Report links are hashed so that only the person with the link can access it.

Reports

To share report :

1. Press  REPORT button.
   
2. Press  Share button.
   
3. Press COPY button, to copy survey report link.

NOTE. Report links are hashed. This ensures that only the person with the link can see the report. If you suspect that someone else has obtained the link, generate a new link for the report. You can do this by pressing the RESET LINK button.

The functionality is available for the Professional and Enterprise plan.
