I can’t sign into my account

If you have a problem with logging into your account, please check your password and login method.

1. Use a password reminder to set up a new password.
2. Check if you are using the right login process. If you created your account with GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, or SSO then you need to log in using one of these methods.

NOTE. The password reminder is not available for GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, and SSO in SurveyLab, as we are not managing your passwords. This is done on the level of GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, or your organization (SSO).
