How to login using SSO?

If your organization is using SSO, it means that you don’t need to create a separate account in SurveyLab. Instead, you need to use SSO login. Your account will be created automatically at the first login. It also means that your account is managed by your company, which includes changing the password or reminding a forgotten password.

To log in with SSO :

On the login page, choose Log in with SSO.
Enter your email address and press the LOG IN button.

NOTE. Single Sign On (SSO) is an identification method that enables users to log in to multiple applications and websites with one set of credentials.

Functionality is available for the Enterprise plan.
