How can I retrieve a forgotten password?

You can retrieve your forgotten password using our automatic password reminder.

1. Click on LOG IN and then FORGOT PASSWORD?
2. Enter your email.
3. Click on SUBMIT button.
4. System will send you an email with an activation link for a new password.
5. If you haven’t received an email from us please check your SPAM folder. Add us to your contact book to make sure our emails will always reach you.
6. Set a new password and press SAVE button.

NOTE. Password should be at least 8 characters long. We recommend it contain small and big letters, numbers, and special characters (! @ # $ % & *).
