AI Sentiment analysis

Sentiment analysis is a natural language processing (NLP) technique used to determine the emotional tone behind a body of text. It helps identify whether the sentiment expressed is positive, negative, or neutral.

The functionality works for open-text questions only.

To activate the functionality :

1. Go to account Settings.
2. Go to Security & privacy.
3. Select AI reports translation and analysis checkbox, to consent of the data sharing with OpenAI.

To use the functionality :

1. Go to the survey Report.
2. Press AI text analysis button.
3. Select questions for which you want to do text analysis.
4. Press SAVE button.

To view the analysis in the report :

1. Press AI response sentiment check box.

NOTE. The functionality is based on OpenAI ChatGPT. It means that to calculate the sentiment we need to send data to OpenAI to perform the analysis.

Functionality is available in the Enterprise plan.
