AI response tags

Automatic verbatim tagging is the process where specialized tools or algorithms assign labels (tags) to open-ended text responses (verbatims) without manual input. This helps analyze large datasets quickly and efficiently, such as in customer satisfaction surveys or opinion analysis.

The functionality works for open-text questions only.

To activate the functionality :

1. Go to account Settings.
2. Go to Security & privacy.
3. Select AI reports translation and analysis checkbox, to consent of the data sharing with OpenAI.

To use the functionality :

1. Go to the survey Report.
2. Press AI text analysis button.
3. Select questions for which you want to perform a text analysis and add tags automatically.
4. Press SAVE button.

To view the analysis in the report :

1. Press AI response tags check box.

NOTE. The functionality is based on OpenAI ChatGPT. It means that to calculate the sentiment we need to send data to OpenAI to perform the analysis.

Functionality is available in the Enterprise plan.
