Custom fields

The functionality allows you to change the default translations of surveys and set a list of ticket statuses. Ticket statuses can be used as a simple ticketing system. They can help you build a closed-loop process for your organization.

To change the default translations :

  1. Press Custom fields button.
  2. Select TRANSLATIONS.
  3. Select a language for which you want to change the translation.
  4. Press SAVE button.

To edit the status list :

  1. Press Custom fields button.
  2. Select TICKET STATUSES.
  3. Press ADD button to add a new status.
  4. Press SAVE button.

NOTE. If you remove the status from the list, it will be removed from all reports in which it has been used.
