Custom fields
The functionality allows you to change the default translations of surveys and set a list of ticket statuses. Ticket statuses can be used as a simple ticketing system. They can help you build a closed-loop process for your organization.
To change the default translations :
- Press Custom fields button.
- Select TRANSLATIONS.
- Select a language for which you want to change the translation.
- Press SAVE button.
To edit the status list :
- Press Custom fields button.
- Select TICKET STATUSES.
- Press ADD button to add a new status.
- Press SAVE button.
NOTE. If you remove the status from the list, it will be removed from all reports in which it has been used.
Functionality is available for the Professional and Enterprise plan.
