Account settings

You can change your account settings any time. Changes are saved automatically.

USER INFORMATION

Change your name, last name, and email address.

BILLING INFORMATION

Change your billing information. This information will be used on your invoices.

NOTE. Billing information is needed only if you require an invoice for the purchased services.

SYSTEM SETTINGS

Working language. Change your account’s working language. You can select between English and Polish.

Date format. You can select between three different date formats DD-MM-YYYY, MM-DD-YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, where DD is a day, MM is a month, and YYYY is a year.

Time zone. Select time zone for your account. It is important to set the correct time zone because it will have an impact on the survey finish date / time if selected.

Add timezone to export files.

Add author login to survey name. If turned on, each new survey created will include author’s name in the survey name.

Renew subscription automatically. Turn on or off automatic subscription renewal.
