What do you get?
SurveyLab allows you to create any survey, form, or test. Service is available in the cloud from any place and at any time. This way you can fully automate processes of monitoring customer satisfaction, NPS (Net Promoter Score), or feedback collection. You will be able to view and analyze collected feedback via real-time online reports or download collected data into CSV, Excel, or SPSS format.
How integration works?
Integration is very simple. All you need to do is to create online survey with mysurveylab.com and then place your survey link (URL) in the email template in the Zendesk system. This way you will be able to transfer any information from Zendesk to SurveyLab (e.g. ticket ID, email, name, surname, …) and save it in the survey report.
