The new version of SurveyLab (35.4.1) is now available. We have added the ability to dynamically change the survey theme, improved the presentation of open-ended question responses, and made several minor improvements.
- Response statuses
- New survey logic
- Open-ended responses presentation
- Other improvements and updates
Response statuses
We have added support for statuses in the response list. The status value depends on how the survey was completed. This allows you to easily access a list of complete, incomplete, screen-out, and time-out surveys — all in one place. For more information, check out our help system.
New survey logic
We have added the ability to dynamically change the survey theme using logic. This allows you to collect feedback for different brands within the same survey and dynamically adjust the survey’s theme during data collection — for example, if the respondent moves from a block of questions for Brand X to a block of questions for Brand Y.
Functionality is available for the Professional and Enterprise plan.
Open-ended responses presentation
You can now decide how many responses for the open-ended question you will see in the main survey report. Simply go to the question settings and choose whether you want to see 1, 3, 5, 10, or 20 responses.
Other improvements and updates
We have improved several translations. We added the option to always display the “Next Page” button on the survey view in single-question mode. We updated the account log functionality to include events related to creating surveys and collectors. We also introduced a few minor fixes and improvements.
