New package names
We have refreshed package names in order to simplify the selection process. We have changed the Standard plan for Starter and Standard Plus for Standard. Names of other plans and functionality didn’t change.
SMS surveys
Now you can send survey invitations with SMS. All you need to do is to enter mobile phone numbers from your contacts (respondents) and select SMS as survey distribution method. The cost to send one SMS is only 0.12 EURO.
Functionality is available for Professional and Enterprise accounts.
New mailing
SMS surveys are not all. We have improved survey mailing engine. Thanks to this feature you can plan your research campaign, including dates and data collection channels (email or SMS). You will be able to set survey invitations and reminders (you can set more than one reminder) for respondents who didn’t complete survey.
Export to PowerPoint
Now you can download survey report in MS PowerPoint format. Each question is saved on a separate page, and the PowerPoint file is fully editable. Thanks to this feature you can easily change colors, fonts, and you can add descriptions / comments to the downloaded slides. Everything with a single click.
Functionality is available for Enterprise accounts.
New survey widgets
We have redesigned survey widgets. New widget not only looks great but also gives you plenty customization options. You can decide how and when widget will be displayed e.g. when a customer is trying to abandon the shopping basket.
New question type “slider”
We have introduced a new question type “slider”. You can set minimum and maximum value and let the respondent select answer choice on the scale using a slider.
Other changes and improvements
We have introduced many small changes and improvements, including data anonymization improvement (now custom 1 and 2 fields are not anonymized), tooltips (smart hints for user interface), survey reports, and mobile survey improvements.
