Choice question
We have expanded the functionality of the choice question. Now you can add the OTHER option, which allows the respondent to enter your own answer, anywhere. You can also replace the answer options with choice questions for the survey for which you have collected responses.
Additionally, we have added support for images in the choice question with a list.
Zapier integration
We have added a new Zapier integration method. Now you can additionally transfer a contact (eg. an email address) from any application to SurveyLab to send an invitation to the survey. Thanks to this, you can automatically send a survey instantly after a specific event in any system, eg. after a candidate hired in Traffit, a task closed in Zendesk, or a conversation finished in Livechat.
Zapier allows you to easily integrate SurveyLab with over 3000 applications and systems without a need to write any code.
Functionality is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.
Internal benchmarks
We have updated the functionality that allows you to compare the results of various surveys. Now you can compare as many as 10 data segments on one report. This way, you can easily compare the results for different organizational units, customer groups, or periods.

Data export
We improved the functionality of survey data export. We removed the old XLS format. Now the only MS Excel format we support is XLSX. We improved the operation of the SPSS format.
The XLS format is the old Excel file format that was replaced in 2007 by Microsoft with the more modern XLSX format.
Functionality is available in the Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise plan.
Updated REST API
We have updated the REST API functionality. Now you can set a sort option (ascending or descending).
Functionality is available in the Enterprise plan.
Other changes and improvements
We’ve made many small changes and improvements. We improved displaying of open questions in online and PDF reports. We improved the formatting of 360-Feedback reports. We simplified the user interface in the account Settings tab. This makes it easier for you to change your email address or password. We also improved some translations and updated our online help system.
