We are happy to introduce you to the new, user-friendly payment process for SurveyLab online surveys. It was designed from scratch to make your experience with SurveyLab survey better. The main changes include :

New design
We are refreshing our application design. After home page, this is the second page that has received a new look. New graphic is maintained in a nice looking blue color mood, with large and contrast fonts.
New simplified payment process
We have simplified our payment process. Now you need only two steps to select and purchase any subscription plan. Quick and simple. We have also switched to PayLane payment platform. PayLane will support both PayPal, credit card /debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club), and click-to-pay (money transfer from Polish banks) payments for us.
PayLane service is used by many innovative and award-winning companies, including UXPin, Brand24, GetResponse, Gemius, Nozbe, or YDP.
Test any plan for 14-days
There will be no Free plan (with limited functionality) in SurveyLab. Instead, you will be able to test any subscription plan for 14-days for free. All new accounts will start with 14-days free subscription. You will start with Standard, Standard Plus, or Professional and you will be able to change your plan any time. All this is done so you can make the best decision before payment.
Standard plan is dedicated for beginners. More advanced users will choose the Standard Plus plan which includes advanced branding and reports. The Professional plan includes pro features like SPSS support and multi-user support. Enterprise plan users can benefit from on-demand system development and system integration.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan any time.
Other changes
We updated invoice templates and introduced a pack of small corrections and changes. We have moved discount verification field directly to the payment confirmation page.
