Kiosk Mode
We’ve added a completely new collector type, “Kiosk Mode.” It is designed for running surveys on tablets and electronic kiosks in stores and service locations. This way, it is easy to launch surveys where your customers are.
With predefined settings, all you need to do is select the collector and then launch the survey link on a tablet, cash register, or kiosk. Kiosk mode runs your survey in a loop – so each time someone finishes a survey, a new survey is ready for the next person to take.
Functionality is available in the Advanced, Professional and Enterprise plan.
New Widgets
We’ve expanded the functionality of survey widgets. Now, you can decide where to place the widget on your page, set any shape and size for the widget, and choose whether a small bar or a Floating Action Button (FAB) – a small round button positioned in the bottom-right corner of the page – will appear when minimized.
A widget is a small element placed on a website, typically containing a short survey or message along with a button encouraging users to click and complete the survey. It allows conducting of UX and CX surveys directly on the website.
Functionality is available in the Enterprise.
Other changes and improvements
We’ve improved the display of numeric / slider-type questions. We’ve also added survey links to the collector list. Now, when you add a URL Link collector, you will additionally see the collector link in the list of collectors. We’ve updated several translations and help files as well.
