New survey list
We have refreshed the survey list. The new survey list received not only a new look, but also got more space for tags (survey catalogs) and more readable information about the tags assigned to each survey.
TIP. Tags allow you to group your surveys. To add a tag, just drag & drop it onto a selected survey.
New icons
We have refreshed our system icons. They look familiar, don't they? That is because all our icons are now based on the Google material design standard.
Report labels customization
We have added the ability to edit question labels in survey reports. Thanks to this, questions labels in the survey (visible for respondents) and in the report may be different. This way you can create longer descriptions in the survey and shorter ones in the report.
Functionality is available for the Professional and Enterprise.
Improved teamwork
We have added information about the logged-in user role for multi-user accounts. Thanks to this, you can easily check your permissions. The information is available in the account settings and in the shortcut menu available after clicking on the account name.
Functionality is available for the Professional and Enterprise.
Numeric questions
We have added the ability to set min and max values for numerical questions and the ability to set an additional message for the sum of responses.
Other changes and improvements
We've made a number of smaller changes and improvements. Now you can remove or edit performance dashboard. We have added the ability to hide a shadow on the welcome page. We improved language support in reports. You can now view the report in any survey language, even if the language has been hidden from the survey respondent. We have added Thamil and Singhala language support. Now SurveyLab supports 47 languages. Fixed displaying NPS questions with a scale of 0-10 on iPhone 8 and earlier.
