AI survey translations
We have implemented a new language model (GPT 4o mini) responsible for translating surveys and tests into any language. As a result, automatic translations are now even better and faster.
Simply activate the feature on your account and then add another survey language using the AI translation option.
Functionality is available for the Enterprise plan.
Response sorting
We have added the option to sort survey responses in the report based on assigned scores and calculated averages for each question. This allows for quick identification of areas that should be prioritized when analyzing the survey report.
REST API
We have updated the API to version 4. We have updated the REST API mechanism to include the option to select the language in which data is retrieved. For multilingual surveys, this will allow the selection of any language added to the survey.
Functionality is available for the Enterprise plan.
Users management
We have added the ability to filter and sort surveys in the user settings. If you are an account administrator, it will be easier to check which surveys a user has access to and which surveys they own.
Functionality is available for the Professional and Enterprise plan.
System performance
We have improved the loading speed of large reports and surveys by virtualizing lists and optimizing the number of elements loaded on the page simultaneously when the report is launched.
Other fixes and improvements
Additionally, we implemented a number of smaller changes and improvements. That includes support for the .MOV format in the Add File question type. Improved trends functionality for NPS-type metrics. Option to set an “Other” choice for selection questions, even if responses have already been collected for the survey. We also introduced the option to automatically add the survey author login to the survey title (displayed in the survey list). That makes identification of surveys and authors easier for clients who have a large number of users.
