There’s hardly a week without another news update about artificial intelligence. If you haven’t read anything this week about OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude, or DeepSeek, we’re here to fill that gap. For the new year, we have some exciting new features for you. We are happy to introduce SurveyLab (35.2.1), along with report translations and AI data analysis.
- AI data analysis
- AI response translations
- Updated API
- Updated payments

AI data analysis
We have implemented an automatic data analysis feature powered by the GPT-4 mini model. This allows us to automatically detect the sentiment of open-ended responses (positive, neutral, negative) and tag provided answers.
NOTE. Tagging is a process in which the system automatically assigns a category (tag) based on the submitted text (eg. price, customer care, delivery, …). This way you can identify repeating issues, create statistics, and address them.
You can choose which questions you want to analyze. This way you can control which data is sent for analysis.
Functionality is available for the Enterprise plan.
AI response translations
We’ve implemented an automatic translation feature powered by the GPT-4 mini model. This allows you to translate selected open-ended responses into any language. No need to speak Hungarian, Swedish, or Chinese – we’ll handle the translations for you. You can focus on what matters most: your clients and their feedback.
You can choose which questions you want to translate, giving you full control over which data is sent for translation.
Functionality is available for the Enterprise plan.
Updated API
We’ve added the ability to delete responses and surveys via REST API. This feature helps meet GDPR requirements, especially if you manage a large number of surveys and need to automate the process of removing data that is no longer needed.
Functionality is available for the Enterprise plan.
Updated payments
The payment process has also been enhanced – now, on the payment screen, you’ll see a summary of your selected subscription and any applied discounts.
Other changes and improvements
We’ve introduced a range of minor updates and fixes. We improved several translations and updated our help system. We’ve improved support for right-to-left languages such as Hebrew and Arabic. We added an option to hide answer choice numbers in a Drag & Drop question. Additionally, we’ve added transparency support in survey themes and introduced the Nuito Sans font.
